Abstract

In order to define and measure the relevancy of crash-testing procedures, we basically need to know three things about those procedures: Are the procedures reliable? Are they valid? What are the consequences (marginal benefits and marginal costs) that flow from the procedures? This workshop paper addresses these three questions.
