Abstract

Safety and health is most important affairs in social activities. Measures of safety and Health of Mariners are influenced by Act on Promotion of Safety and Sanitation of Seafarers, and Mariners Law. These regulation for Mariners lack of the articles of guidelines and guidance, recommendation, and state assistance, compared to Industrial Safety and Health Act. This Paper focus on guidelines and countermeasures of Mariners Accident Prevention Plan and refer to need of showing ideal way to prevention for Mariners Accident.
