Abstract

We appreciate the interest in our study. The letter notes our null findings might have been different if we had focused on alternative outcome measures, such as the dosage of services (rather than a binary measure) or the use of off-campus providers. It would be surprising if the gatekeeper program affected these alternative measures without affecting our primary outcome measures (binary self-reported service use including both on-campus and off-campus services and aggregate use of campus services).
