Abstract

The impacts of installing and operating red-light cameras are reported for three signalized intersections in singapore. Red-light running violations and stopping characteristics were gathered before and shortly after camera installation along each individual approach. The opposing approaches, which were hot installed with red-light cameras, also were studied.
