Abstract

This paper proposes the lane departure delay system in order to cooperate with the driver and the car. The start timing of the driver assist intervention and the action method should be properly set with the necessary technology. In this paper, the approach of the system design is examined referring to the lane deviation. This paper focuses on the lane departure delay strategy and the effectiveness of the proposed system is verified by experiments using the driving simulator.
