Abstract

The question of safety and security are touched by an interaction of sociology, psychology, technology and economy. Solutions for safety against technical failure are defined in standards and safety regulations. They are controlled by governmental instances. This essay stretches an elbow of general-abstract considerations to concrete problems of the realization with modern control engineering.
