Abstract

In this paper, the scene system of the distributed virtual vehicle driving simulation is designed to meet the requirements of the immersion and interactivity of driving vehicle in virtual scene. The scene system is developed using MultiGen Creator as the modeling software and OpenGVS as developing platform. Key technology problems such as the distributed real-time network structure, scene model area segmentation, three dimensional figure model lead, view point control, collision check, etc. are solved. The experimental result shows that the system can meet the requirements of the distributed driving virtual scene about authenticity, real time and interactivity. The immersion and interactivity of the visual simulation are enhanced.
