Abstract

AARP will engage aggressively on mobility issues over the next decade because it knows it is imperative to keep Americans mobile as they age. The previous issue of ITE Journal examined AARP's interest in mobility and explained why the organization of more than 38 million members age 50 and older believes it is crucial to keep older persons engaged in community life.
