Abstract

Radar coverage computer simulation can rapidly reduce the price of calibration. Additionally, computer simulation is important before a final decision on installing radar systems because real situations can be better simulated for less cost. This paper systematizes calculation of radar coverage, new ways of calibration using DGPS, and radar parameter testing as new methods that lead to better air traffic safety.
