abstract="Driving a car in public traffic requires a high performance that is often underestimated owing to daily habit. Fitness to drive can be impaired temporary or permanently because of taking substances declining the performance and because of various somatic diseases and psychic disorders. To check the fitness to drive is the responsibility of medical examination in terms of road traffic.
