abstract="In recent years, the problem of driving under the influence of drugs of abuse (DUID) has been subject to increased focus. Several European countries have introduced &quot;zero tolerance&quot; legislation regarding drugs of abuse in traffic. Denmark is currently preparing similar legislation. Epidemiological data suggest that the problem of DUID in Denmark is of similar magnitude as in comparable countries.
