abstract="This pilot study on wayfinding for people with visual impairments concerns the viability of the Individual Public Vehicle (IPV). The results showed that the participants positively evaluated this new wayfinding aid because it requires little attention and little physical effort, and gives satisfaction. Moreover, as far as identifying the location of the IPV is concerned, an auditory message activated by users is judged less stressful. The IPV seems to be adapted to safe travel.<p />",
