abstract="A comparative study of the mesopic vision of spectacle and contact lense wearers is given. The 182 subjects were divided into three groups according to their photopic V.A. with spectacles. The V.A.s achieved with spectacles and the V.A.s with contact lenses are compared. In the mesopic vision range the subjects' responses to the various tests differed between the individual groups.
