abstract="An unusual case of suicidal poisoning by intra venous injection of K+ is presented to demonstrate the limitations of toxicological analysis of post-mortem examination in such a case. Its potential for a &quot;clean undetectable murder&quot; in a homicidal situation is indicated, the parallel being intra muscular insulin/penicillin poisoning which on the other hand are detectable.
