abstract="This paper describes a case of deliberate massive ingestion of Paraquat (over 300 mg/Kg). Evolution is toward a circulatory insufficiency with metabolic acidosis, hyperglycemia, and early death (18 hours). Severe pulmonary failure would have been expected, but not appeared.
