abstract="The author considers the problem of medical responsibility in case of suicide at the hospital, his study being limited to the psychiatric hospital which is the field of his practice. The notion of medical responsibility is dealt in connection with the functioning of medical units as well as with regards to the medical or care action which are practised therein.
