abstract="The authors report one case of voluntary intoxication induced with 2,700 mg of propafenone in a 23 y.o. man presenting a right ventricle dysplasia. The intoxication is expressed by a blood pressure drop with convulsions and conduction disorders: 1st degree A-V block and transient right bundle branch block.
