abstract="In this paper, the authors develop a log-transformed aggregate multinomial logit model with spatial autocorrelation and incorporate it into a four-step travel demand model with feedback. This integrated travel demand model is named the SPA-STEP model, and using person trip data collected in Beijing, the model's performance is compared with the four-step travel demand model with feedback (called a 4-STEP model)and found to be superior in terms of accuracy.<p />",
