abstract="A case of hydrogen sulfide intoxication in a farmer is described. He collapsed in a mobile tank, recently used for spreading manure and was comatose on arrival at the hospital. He survived, but still suffers from a toxic/anoxic psychosyndrome. On site measurements showed high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide.
