abstract="A number of patients receiving treatment at a Medical Rehabilitation Centre in England were found to be medically unfit to drive but had not declared their disability to the Licensing Authority. They also denied receiving previous medical advice about their fitness to drive. Medical advice about driving should be offered more readily, and doctors should be prepared to notify the Licensing Authority themselves in some cases.<p />",
