abstract="The data in this paper was obtained from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) unabridged and massive crash database. Conversions of the test speeds and crush dimensions were converted to imperial units; in some tests only three crush data point measurements were taken. For these tests, the longitudinal centerline measurement is listed twice, so as not to overrepresent vehicle corner crush depth. Not included in the NHTSA database but inserted were vehicle curb weights and damage widths.<p />",
