abstract="This text presents the results of a program conducted in the Montrgie in the last 5 years to reduce the sale of alcohol to youths under 18 years of age. (Montrgie is a region in southwestern Quebec with a surface area of 11,072 square kilometres and a population of 1,324,799 inhabitants living in about 200 municipalities.) After a constant decline in the alcohol sales level since 1997, a significant increase was recorded in summer 2001. These results raise questions and lead us to redefine directions, taking into account the context of consumption.<p />",
