abstract="A literature review allows to suggest that the central element of the paradoxical rage reactions due to benzodiazepine dose, would be a partial deterioration from consciousness, generating automatic behaviors, fixation amnesia and aggressiveness from desinhibition. The criteria to input an aggressive reaction to benzodiazepine dose must be strictly estimated. Two clinical examples illustrate this problem. The authors advance that the hypothesis of paradoxical rage reactions due to benzodiazepine dose, would result from a desinhibition phenomenon with serotoninergic mechanism.<p /><p>Language: fr</p>",
