abstract="In the Sportsclinic Stuttgart 11 young athletes were treated because of a dislocation of the elbow joint from 1988-1990. They were 7 girls and 4 boys with an average age of 12.5 years. Mechanism of the dislocation and its diagnosis and treatment are reported. Indication and ways for non-operative and operative treatment in the Sportsclinic Stuttgart are described.
