abstract="Personal injury accidents in Canadian National Railways locomotive cabs were categorized with respect to the part of the body injured and the physical object with which impact occurred.  A small number of categories was found to account for a large proportion of accidents.  The data were compared with a previously published study on the same subject.  On the basis of the combined findings, recommendations for improving locomotive cab design were made.<p />",
