abstract="The prevalence of conflicts, burnout, and bullying among employees of two similar companies, one situated in Poland (n=66) and the other in Finland (n=330) was investigated with the Psychosocial Workplace Inventory of Björkqvist and Osterman. Both companies were of Finnish ownership and manufacturers in heavy industry. They were similar in most respects, such as organization, production and marketing. Significant differences were found between the two companies. Polish workers had higher scores on conflicts and self-experienced bullying, while Finnish workers reported higher burnout, both self-experienced and observed by others.<p /><p>Language: en</p>",
