abstract="Sorority members in nine college sororities completed a modified version. of the Organizational Culture Profile. Two groups of sorority rushees provided their organizational value preferences using the same instrument. The results indicated that female students join sororities whose values closely match their own. The information sources used by the rushees were also examined.<p />",
