abstract="Homophobia among faculty and student affairs professionals was assessed. Faculty were found to be more homophobic than student affairs professionals. Overall, men were more homophobic than women. No interaction existed between gender and group membership (faculty or student affairs professional) with regards to homophobia level.<p />",
