abstract="The San Nai Undo (Three No Movement) is a campaign to protect students from traffic accidents and is now being enforced in most highschools with the support of parent teacher associations and high school authorities. The movement has three slogans: 1) We do not acquire drivers' licenses; 2) We do not buy motorcycles; and 3) We do not ride motorcycles. The implications of this movement on traffic safety education in schools is discussed.<p />",
