abstract="The US Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE) has been invoked to seek criminal indictments in 7 states since mid-January 1995. In North Dakota, an injunction is being sought against 4 anti-choice protestors who have blockaded and disrupted services at the Fargo Women's Health Organization. In Ohio, a preliminary injunction has been served against a protestor who threatened an abortion provider and 2 health care workers. In Missouri, a protestor was found in contempt of court for ignoring a permanent injunction by harassing Planned Parenthood employees. Criminal charges were filed in New Mexico, Florida, Kansas, and Texas against protestors who chained themselves to clinic entrances, blocked access to offices, or smashed the windshield of a physician's automobile.<p /><p>Language: en</p>",
