abstract="Literary data on the study of autoimmune reactions in the preclinical period of pathological processes developing after exposure to industrial chemical substances and also during convalescence, are presented. An analysis of these data showed the advisability of examining the state of autoimmune reactions for the earliest possible detection [during clinical well-being] of the harmful effect of chemical agents on the health state of workers being systematically in contact with these substances in industry. The observation of their dynamics in the period of convalescence may be used for the evaluation of effectiveness of the therapy employed and of completeness of restorative processes.<p /><p>Language: en</p>",
