abstract="Safety or relief is one of the most interesting categories for our human life today. Human and the civilized communities have developed many kinds of mechanism, structure and scheme to actualize safety life. However technology, especially IT technology has gotten complex and sophisticated over the level which we foresaw. While the relationship between the structure of society and individual human has changed its nature from the past, we think that we should rebuild the new structure between the method of thinking for safety and its approaching. During the writing, we set up the conception which is named as Synthetic Approach to Actualize Safety Today, and the capability to evolve the concrete instructional program.
