abstract="This paper is a case study of how Play Therapy is used with a girl who is a victim of bullying by her older brother, who is both abusive and aggresive. This brother was also victimized by domestic violence. Play Therapy started by S. Freud as a way to apply psychoanalysis to children. Since its start a lot of theory and practice regarding therapy for children has been accumulated. This paper deals with the therapeutic function of metaphor, transference relationships and facilitated Play Therapy.
