abstract="The goal of this study was to analyze the impact of different kinds of injuries, time elapsed before treatment and child's age on the choice of management method. 59 children with the face trauma aged from six months to five years and a half were treated between 1999 and 2002 in the Department of Paedodontics of Lublin. 76 primary teeth were injured. The most common kind of trauma was lateral luxation. The choice of treatment approach depended of age, time elapsed before trauma management and a kind of injury. The conclusions after this study analyze were: 1. The trauma management method choice of primary dentition depends on a child's age, type of trauma and time elapsed before treatment. 2. The most common kind of trauma was lateral luxation. 3. Late management after injury does not always allows for the biological treatment methods.<p /><p>Language: en</p>",
