abstract="Domestic (or conjugal) violence, conflictual separation and conflict of loyalty are closely linked and constitute fertile ground for a form of psychological abuse against children. They have diverse symptoms related to the process of loyalty cleaved. The text develops a discussion from the parental and family conflict situations marked increase. Prey to emotional blackmail, inevitably the child knows the anxiety and guilt in many cases generating trauma in some future impact. In addition to elements specific to this child and other family related context important to consider when evaluating, the author suggests some characteristics of the therapeutic support of conflict of loyalty, true to form emotional abuse.<p />",
