abstract="Fault graphs are the natural evolutionary step over a traditional fault-tree model. A fault graph is a failure-oriented directed graph with logic connectives that allows cycles. We intentionally construct the fault graph to trace the piping and instrumentation drawing (P&amp; ID) of the system, but with logical AND and OR conditions added. Then we evaluate the fault graph with computer codes based on graph--theoretical methods.<p />",
