abstract="The North American Indian Alliance (NAIA), located in Butte, Montana, conducted a mental health needs assessment from December, 1991 to June, 1992. The goals of this assessment were to identify unmet health needs, obtain input regarding the need for additional services, and identify barriers to providing and accessing services. Surveys of mental health service providers (n = 30) and consumers of NAIA services (n = 74) were conducted. The results of these surveys and their implications for service provision are explored.<p /><p>Language: en</p>",
