abstract="The Sustained Organisational Development (SOD) approach by Kastner is the theoretical background for the workshop. The improvement of human behaviour and experience is the key objective in this approach. Behaviour and experience are considered with respect to their interdependence and especially their relation to situational factors within organisational settings. In aviation, safety has to be the first priority. Hesitation in taking prevention or intervention can be fatal. Therefore, smoothly operating interfaces are an important issue in aviation.<p />",
