Along with clinical, neurological, psychiatric and psychological methods, electroencephalography, computed tomography, electrocardiography, ultrasonic and X-ray methods for nervous system investigation as well as biochemical and immunological blood examination were used. The following disorders were singled out: (1) mental disorders--neurosis, personality pathology, post-traumatic stress disorder and different types of addictions (alcoholism, drug dependence): (2) consequences of craniocerebral and other injuries; (3) psychosomatic pathology.
