abstract="This paper intends to show a process of analyzing regional economic impacts due to transport infrastructure damage, by a spatial computable general equilibrium (SCGE) model considering inter-regional trading, business trips and inter-industrial systems. The model is applied for calculating transport-related economic losses from the Tokai Earthquake Warning Declaration and from occurrence of the Tokai Earthquake, and for assessing the effects of mitigation policies on transportation network.
