abstract="Whistle-blowing is necessary for correcting and punishing organizational wrong-doings, and it may also be served as a deterrent to violations of laws and regulations in organizations. Because whistle-blowing behavior is based on one's attitude to the act and the prospected results, it is important to know employees' attitudes to whistle-blower protection laws and their expectations on such laws. In this study, relationship between attitudes to whistle-blower protection laws and individual characteristics was examined. Suggestions were also given on promoting and creating educational programs of whistle blowing.<p /><p>Language: ja</p>",
