abstract="Post-schooling measures are urgently demanded especially in young alcohol offenders. They promise to be successful. The post-schooling models are discussed briefly as well as the relevant commital provisions. The suitability of the juvenile first-offender 'Mainz 77'-model 77-model is discussed for application to persons between 14 and 21 years of age. The organisation in Munich where juvenile and young adults are schooled separately is described. Further information may be obtained by interested colleagues on demand. The first experiences of the course with 40 participants are encouraging. The course is of real assistance. Slight modification of existing models may be of value in view of special considerations in young offenders.<p />",
