abstract="Routine blood alcohol determination by the ADH-method is extended by using the Auto-Analyzer II apparatus. Certain quantities of serum are taken by a sampler and transferred to the analytic unit. For the 3 single investigations which are necessary the sampler removes 3 specimens of the same serum from 3 different bowls in the conventional method. By using a camsteerage coupling the sampler takes the serum 3 times from the same bowl. By this method, the consumption of serum, the bowls required and working expenditure can be reduced.<p />",
