abstract="68 autopsy cases with a high blood alcohol level are discussed and the significance of this blood level with respect to the causes of death was tested, together with what conclusions can be drawn with regard to conciousness. It can be deduced that a chemical alcohol level of between 2.5% and 0.4% does not provide evidence of whether the person is capable of acting, or is unconscious or dead.<p />",
