abstract="Based on a test record made in Switzerland on more than 1000 victims of traffic accidents in hospital, and some other plausible suppositions, it could be demonstrated that more than 40% of the drivers involved in fatal traffic accidents and persons badly damaged, were under the influence of alcohol. In minor accidents the corresponding rate amounts to about 30%.<p />",
