abstract="The authors report the electroclinical data in a left-handed patient presenting with a partial paroxystic state immediately following cranial trauma complicated by a right temporal subdural hematoma. The clinical picture during the crisis was limited to symptoms evoking a subjective post-traumatic syndrome.
