abstract="The author criticizes the recommendations of the Verkehrgerichtstag 1982 at Goslar as far as the hit-and-run offences are concerned. The number of these offences, often in connection with drunken driving, has risen considerably. The temptation to leave the scene of an accident is very great. In the interest of the community, a stronger prosecution of traffic offences, especially of hit-and-run offences, is necessary. The driver needs clear orders which he remembers automatically after an accident.<p />",
