abstract="Objections are reported against an uncritical preference of countermeasures to influence the behaviour of DUI-offenders suggested by Kunkel and Menken. In contrast to their opinion an integrated system of countermeasures is recommended taking into consideration both therapeutic-constructive and enforcement methods. Especially increased and improved roadside controls by police are suggested, which had been rejected by the authors without convincing arguments.<p />",
