abstract="The author examines whether and which possibilities are given under the present legislation to commit traffic offenders, especially the alcohol offender, to post-schooling. He concludes that the possibilities given to the presiding officer are poor and modest. He substantiates this with several sections of the existing legislation (StGB and JGG). He sees a better administrative handling in the application of sections 4, 12 and 15 c of the StVZO. A change in the existing legislaton is considered premature.<p />",
