abstract="From 1952 to 1974 the number of foreign nationals in the blood sample age group collectives rose from less than 1% to slightly more than 8%. As from 1963 more than half of the foreign nationals involved were American citizens, mostly soldiers. Of the foreign workers employed in the investigated area, about 0,5% are alcohol delinquent. Involvement of foreign nationals in alcohol-related traffic offenses was approximately 5,3% in the whole period of investigation, whereas involvement in alcohol-related criminal offenses came to almost 8%. As from 1970 investigations in nearly every fifth case of homicide and in every fifth sexual offense involved a foreign national. In contrast to other offense categories where Americans predominated, foreign workers were involved in the majority of cases of bodily injury, use of firearms, battery, murder, attempted murder and manslaughter.<p />",
